​​Andrew Thurber // Lead Pastor

Pastor Andrew dreams big and lives his life full with faith and determination. He believes in each person’s potential and leads his church into a deeper relationship with Jesus to find and live their purpose. He is rich with love for his wife and two boys and exemplifies Christ strong in his home. He is a dynamic speaker with a huge heart for community and doing this life together. He is an author, a sports fanatic, and enjoys lots of quality time with his family, working out, and growing in understanding of God with deep prayer and lots of research.

Dawn Thurber // Pastor

Pastor Dawn is a part of our teaching team and leads our Women’s ministry, Beautiful, at PLC. She walks in joy and the freedom of Christ every day. You will receive love, faith, and a warm welcome with each encounter with her. Her first priority is a wife to her husband, Pastor Andrew, and mother to her two boys. She is a passionate speaker and a compassionate soul to those who are hurting and feel hopeless. She will encourage you, challenge you, and inspire you to live better and be better. She loves family time and enjoys movies, working out, shopping, and QT with her girlfriends.

 

Domingo Cruz // Pastor and Director of Operations, Family Life, & Missions

Pastor Domingo oversees our Sunday experience and works diligently to improve our processes for each team and area of the church. He serves as our Family Life Pastor who loves making sure every child and youth knows their value in Jesus and His love. He also oversees our Missions and Outreach ministry through strategic partnerships & strategies. Pastor Domingo loves to eat his wife’s good  food and brag about how awesome his bull dog, Ozzie, is. He and his wife, Stacey, enjoy using their home, marriage, and lives for ministry and equipping others.

Stacey Cruz // Ministry Director

Stacey is the Director over IMPACT teams (volunteer/serving teams), Director of Nursery & Toddlers, Administration, and all Facilities rental requests. She cares deeply for those who may be wondering in their faith. She is passionate about leading and journeying with others to their next step with Jesus. She enjoys partnering with her husband in missions and opportunities to grow in our world wide vision. They are foodies and love traveling, their fur babies (4), and family time.

Lizmar Thurber // Worship Pastor

Pastor Lizmar is a pastor’s kid from Puerto Rico who has been in ministry since she was 14. Her heart is to invest, build, and empower our worship team to grow in their gifts. She is also over our Sound and Media (for weekend service needs & social media). She is passionate about everyone experiencing the love of Jesus through song. Pastor Lizmar is also a leader at Beautiful, our women’s life group. Her husband, Nate, is also a pastor’s kid and loves to serve the house of God in every way he can. He serves with sound, guest services, and special projects. They both enjoy spending time with their two boys, sports activities, and fun with friends.

Ben Borger // Ministry Director

Ben Borger is the Director of the Usher and Security team. He and his wife, Kelly, also serve as prayer partners on the intercessory team and are life group leaders. Ben is passionate about discipleship and equipping others with the truth of the Bible and walking out love that leads everyone to Jesus. Kelly leads our Care Team & Prayer Team and is a part of leading Beautiful, our women’s life group. They both love serving the house of God and have their hearts and hands in anything that is needed. They are high school sweethearts who have 8 beautiful grandchildren that they love to spoil! In the past they’ve been foster parents to multiple teenage boys and they use their lives as opportunities to shine Christ’s light to everyone around them. They also enjoy paddle boarding, sporting events, and getaways to the mountains.
